摘要
本研究蒐集整理中興社及中央大學應地所既有之資料，並向中研院及水利署等單位申請其他強震資料，對於國外重要地震的資料也會加以蒐集。研究歸納世界各地震研究單位處理強震資料的步驟與方法，以建立本研究的強震資料處理流程。規劃強震資料庫架構，將強震資料經過系統化的資料處理流程處理，儲存於資料庫當中。建置WebGIS系統及使用者界面，提供使用者強震資料的查詢與下載。

Abstract
This study collects and processes the strong-motion data from the Institute of Applied Geology, NCU, and Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Inc. It also collects strong-motion data from the Institute of Earth Sciences, Academia Sinica, and the Water Resources Agency, Ministry of Economic Affairs. For important earthquakes in other parts of the world, we collect the strong-motion data from foreign agencies. Based on the methods and procedures of these other agencies, we have developed our own strong-motion data process procedures. We develop a framework of database system and process our strong-motion data in a systematic procedure and store the data in the database. Finally, we build a WebGIS system and user interface for convenient searching and downloading of the data.
