In 2011, Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Inc. rated as "excellent" research unit at the civil engineering field from the National Science Council the evaluation team of scientific and technological research institutions, only four research institutions passed this assessment. It’s such a great awards to rate as “excellent” twice in the domestic. According to the Government Procurement Law, government agencies can use “restricted tender” manner to directly entrust technology research and development services to those that were rated as excellent of research institutions which including Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Inc.

      The Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Inc. owned independent R & D funds, operated in coordination with government to promote major engineering issues, and planning technology research and development within the Inc. The Disaster Prevention Science and Technology Research Center is actively introducing the latest international disaster prevention technology, proceeding to develop human resource. Hope to innovative and enhance domestic disaster prevention technology, to reduce the impact from the natural disasters to the engineering and engineering sustainable.
